What if I entered the wrong address?

Once you have placed an order, your details can no longer be changed. Please make sure to carefully check your address during checkout.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you can choose between store credit or a refund of the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

I have an issue with my delivery, what should I do?

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us. We are happy to assist you and, if necessary, will start an investigation with the delivery service.
