Return Policy

At By Jardi, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your product. This period starts on the day you receive your order, as confirmed by the delivery service.

How do I register a return?

Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your product that you wish to return it. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accepted. You can easily register a return via our contact form or by emailing us at by.jardi@gmail.com.

Returning your package

After your request, you will receive a return label from us to send your package back. Once your return has been registered, you have an additional 14 days to ship the product back. If the item is returned after this period, a refund will no longer be possible.

Refunds

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs (€7 per return) will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions

Damage or signs of use: If a product has decreased in value due to use or damage (such as odors, stains, or missing parts), we may deduct a portion of the purchase price.

Condition upon return: If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it and has therefore lost value, this may be deducted from the refund.

Complete return: Please ensure all items, accessories, and any free extras are included.

Packaging: If possible, return the product in its original packaging and box to help ensure it arrives in good condition.

Proof of shipment: Always keep your proof of shipment or track & trace code until your return has been fully processed.
